GoFitYatra is intended for individuals aged 18 years and above. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Service is not intended for minors, and we do not knowingly offer services to individuals under 18 years of age.

2. Nature of the Service

GoFitYatra provides general wellness, fitness, nutrition, and habit‑building guidance intended for informational and lifestyle support purposes only. Certain features of the Service may use artificial intelligence (AI) systems to generate personalized plans and recommendations based on the information you provide.

By using GoFitYatra, you acknowledge and accept that:

• AI-generated plans and recommendations are based solely on the inputs you provide, and their quality depends on the accuracy and completeness of that information.
• GoFitYatra does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any plans, recommendations, or outputs for your specific needs.
• The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
• You are solely responsible for evaluating and using the information provided, and for any decisions or outcomes resulting from its use.
• GoFitYatra shall not be responsible for any outcomes, effects, or consequences resulting from the use of the Service, including but not limited to dietary changes, exercise routines, or reliance on AI-generated outputs.

Use of the Service does not create a doctor‑patient, trainer‑client, or healthcare professional relationship.

4. No Guarantees or Outcomes

Individual results vary. GoFitYatra does not guarantee any specific outcomes related to weight, fitness, health markers, or performance. Progress depends on many factors outside our control.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features of GoFitYatra may require payment. Pricing, billing cycles, trial periods, and cancellation terms are disclosed at the time of purchase. You may cancel paid subscriptions in accordance with the instructions provided in your account settings. Free trials, if offered, may be subject to eligibility criteria and may not be available on subsequent upgrades.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, plans, designs, text, and software associated with GoFitYatra are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without permission. “GoFitYatra” and associated branding are proprietary to Movind AI LLP.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform or its users. You may not use the Service or its outputs to train, benchmark, or develop competing automated systems or models without authorization.

8. Third-Party Services

GoFitYatra may contain links or integrations with third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their respective terms. All third-party brand names, trademarks, and logos (including but not limited to grocery delivery platforms) are the property of their respective owners. Their use on the Service does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or partnership unless explicitly stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, GoFitYatra, its founders, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, health outcomes, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to:

(i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service;
(ii) reliance on any information, plans, recommendations, or AI-generated outputs provided through the Service;
(iii) any conduct or content of any third party, including integrations or external services;
(iv) unauthorized access to, use of, or alteration of your data or content;

This limitation applies to all claims, including those related to health, fitness, nutrition, or lifestyle outcomes resulting from use of the Service.

In no event shall GoFitYatra’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the total amount paid by you to GoFitYatra in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If you have not made any payments to GoFitYatra, GoFitYatra shall have no liability to you.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

10. Force Majeure

GoFitYatra shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performance of the Service due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government actions, internet or infrastructure failures, labor disputes, or third‑party service outages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. You may stop using the Service at any time by discontinuing access or deleting your account, subject to applicable data retention obligations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.

13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good‑faith discussions.

If such dispute is not resolved within a reasonable period, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be India, the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, or operational practices. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service. We may, where appropriate, provide notice of material changes.
